2001 – 2006

Early ground

Hands-on roles at Banner Construction Nigeria, Monier Construction Company, PPMC, and Coscharis Auto — building the practical foundation behind every project that followed.

2006 – 2009

Project engineer, Sykes Energiprojekts

Joined Sykes Energiprojekts Ltd, beginning a decade-long climb through Nigeria's oil & gas infrastructure sector.

2010 – 2012

Master's in Project Management, University of Lagos

Studied while working — deliberately building the formal project leadership skills that would carry him from technical delivery into executive direction.

2010 – 2016

Cost/design engineer, then COO/projects director

Rose to oversee turnkey delivery of tank farms, depots, and energy facilities across Lagos, Warri, Calabar, and Port Harcourt — ten named projects, four regions.

2016 – present

Founder & CEO, Awimax

Took everything learned in the field and built Awimax — now a group spanning engineering services, energy, and gas — leading it for the past decade.
